| LIP LINER AND LIP COLOR • Unfortunately some clients suffer a fever blister/cold sore after a lip liner/lip color procedure. The anti-viral medication Acyclovir/Zovirax is often prescribed to prevent the outbreak. If you suffer an outbreak before your lips are fully healed, you WILL lose some or ALL of the color in the affected area. • I want your Permanent Cosmetic Enhancement to be a success. If you have fever blister/cold sores or mouth ulcers in the past, you MUST begin taking preventative medication prior to your session. You are encouraged to discuss an appropriate medication and dosage schedule with your physician. • Reapplication of color to such an affected area will be done free of charge at the appropriate time of touch-up. EYE LINER AND EYE BROWS • Do not wear contact lenses to an appointment for eyeliner procedure. Do not reinsert contact lenses for 1 week after an eyeliner procedure. • Allow 72 hours to 1 week before dyeing eyelashes/eyebrows after a procedure to either area. |
|
If you dye your brow or lash hair, it is recommended to do it 3 days prior to the procedure. For eyebrow procedures, the eyebrow hair DOES NOT need to be completely waxed or tweezed away. A more natural look is achieved if some of the eyebrow hair can be used. YOUR SHOPPING LIST • A NEW container of
ointment (i.e. Vaseline or A & D ointment) ALLERGIC REACTIONS Your medical history is extremely important because there is a possibility of an allergic reaction to antiseptics and topical anesthetics that might be used. It is important that you notify your Permanent Cosmetic Artist of EVERY substance you are known to be allergic to. |
